Returning the Items
Changed your mind? Bought something by mistake? No problem! Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. As long as the item is unopened and unused, we can process a refund for you.

Here’s how to return an item:

  • Email us at contact@baasaa.co.uk to request a return or cancellation.
  • Ensure the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Send the item back to the returns address provided on your invoice.

We must receive the form within 14 days of your delivery date. For quicker processing, we recommend emailing us.

Important: You must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Once we’ve received the returned item, we’ll issue your refund.

If returning the item is inconvenient, we can arrange a courier collection for you. Simply contact us, and we can arrange a collection for you.

Faulty/Damaged Items
We take pride in delivering items in perfect condition. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please inform us within 30 days of receiving it. We will then arrange a refund, repair, or replacement, depending on the issue.

If the fault occurs after 30 days, please contact us for a repair or replacement. We may send a replacement if repairing the item is not feasible.
